Dymocks & Visible Results won ADMA Gold for their innovative Dymocks 'Booklover' loyalty program at the 2004 Australian Direct Marketing Awards.

Booklover Program – Judged Best CRM Loyalty Program

The award was the first ever Gold issued in the Loyalty-CRM category.

The ADMA (Australian Direct Marketing Association) awards, held annually, are Australia's premier recognition of achievement within the bourgeoning direct marketing field. Of the 62 Awards given across all categories, only five were Gold.

The Booklover Program, launched in July 2001, formed an integral part of Dymocks' marketing strategy and has been a key factor in Dymocks' strong market share gains in the face of international brand incursions and aggressive local competition.
