Trademarks – Visible Results™, Graphicard™, Connect™, and Customer Knowlogy™

The Visible Results™ name and logo, the GraphiCard™ name and logo, and the Connect™ & Customer Knowlogy™ names are common law trademarks and are protected by the relevant domestic and international trademark protection laws. The absence of a trademark from this list does not constitute a waiver of Visible Results' intellectual property rights concerning that trademark.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, and distribution of the product or appropriation of its ideas and design or supply of technology components that may result in the unauthorized use, reproduction and distribution of the product or appropriation of its ideas and design may result in civil and criminal penalties.

Visible Results values highly its rights to its worldwide patents and trademarks and will vigorously pursue claims against any users or suppliers that infringe these rights.
