Notos Galleries Department Store Strengthens “Notos Galleries More” Customer Loyalty Program

ATHENS, Greece, July 18th, 2007 -- Notos Galleries LAMPROPOULOS, Greece’s finest department store, has continued it’s expansion by opening their most recent store in Kalamata in the south of Greece.. The new location increases Notos Galleries’ existing portfolio to five department stores, strengthening its position as Greece’s number one retailer.

Notos Galleries’ successful customer loyalty program, “Notos Galleries More”, has likewise continued to expand. Over 2,000 customers have enrolled in the program at the Kalamata store since opening in the end of March 2007. To date, the number of enrollments in all stores has exceeded expectations with a total of 111,547 customers enrolling in the program in just six months.

By developing and extending their customer loyalty program, Notos Galleries has built a successful and exclusive relationship with their members. This is reflected in cardholder total sales, which have reached 33 million euros, with an average value per transaction of 86€. To date, Notos Galleries have issued 914,000€ in reward vouchers (worth between 10€ - 35€) to 39,000 customers.

In order to drive new member acquisition, upon enrolment new members are entered into major prize draw to win a Lancia. The promotion offers a range of minor awards that are designed to stimulate spending in particular departments of the new Kalamata store. These incentives include discounts on certain brands, conditional in-store benefits, and complementary cross-category product introduction and offers.
