Press Release: For Immediate Release Notos Galleries Launches New Rewards Program on Visible Results’ Graphicard™ Retail Loyalty Marketing PlatformNotos Galleries - Greece’s preeminent department store - introduced their new customer loyalty program, “Notos Galleries More”, to customers on December 4th 2006. Since launching at the flagship store in Athens, the success of the program has seen it extended to the three other Notos properties in Northern and Central Greece. ATHENS, Greece, April 12th, 2007 -- After completing a rigorous and detailed analysis of customer loyalty solutions, Notos Galleries chose to partner with Enorasis Analytics Ltd (a UK based consultancy that represents global loyalty marketing specialists Visible Results) on designing and implementing a unique and engaging Rewards Program. Customer response to the program has been extremely positive, with double the targeted enrollment rates being achieved during the initial launch period. Testimony to the success of the program is the fact that Reward Program cardholders are already responsible for 50% of Notos sales. Throughout its 100 year history, Notos has earned a reputation for progressive retailing. Adapting to changing trends, Notos strive to be at the forefront of innovative retailing initiatives and the Notos Galleries More program has been no exception. What makes the program unique is the engaging, patent-protected re-writable membership card – Graphicard™. Utilising a proprietary thermochromic process, the card can be imaged and re-imaged with a continually updated range of custom-designed, programmed messages - including "real time" loyalty points information, promotions and advertising, or gaming and competitions. Every time a member shops and presents their Notos Galleries More rewards card, the card is ‘swiped’ by the cashier and their points balance is immediately updated on the face of the card. New graphics and messages are dynamically updated with every swipe. Most appealing to Notos Management was the card’s appearance: modern, fun, “sexy”, ultra-slim and very distinctive – in contrast to the ubiquitous plastic magnetic stripe loyalty cards circulating in Greece. “Our customers are very important to us. We are sure this is the most efficient customer loyalty program we have had, as we can now target our clients on a one-to-one basis if needed. Customer loyalty has gone up and most importantly our customers and personnel are happy,” said Mr. Haris Makrykostas, Commercial Manager of Notos Galleries. Notos Galleries forecast that sales will increase by 10% comparative to the same period last year - a 22% improvement on estimates made for sales without the card. Additional Graphicard™ installations are planned as Notos expands with an increased number of suburban outlets opening in Southern Greece from March 2007.
