PROSPERITY AT LIFECLUB - July 2006

FM Integrated Pharmacy Services (FMIPS) started their loyalty program utilising the Visible Results Graphicard platform in Australia in 2003.

The program, called LifeClub actually operates on a unique structure whereby FMIPS act more like a reseller than a client of VRA. Starting with only three stores, FMIPS (which brings together independent or small groups of pharmacies and provides these businesses with a range of services including marketing, finance and human resources) has expanded the program in recent years and now with 53 stores, have build one of the largest contract loyalty programs of its type for the Australian retail pharmacy sector.

The flexibility of the LifeClub program is its ability to provide individual store customisation with media message and promotions, and is the central tenet behind the program's popularity amongst pharmacy owners.
