AMERISTOP BRINGS LOYALTY TO OHIO AND KENTUCKY

WEST CHESTER, Ohio, April 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --

AmeriStop has launched a "Promotion Card" customer loyalty program at its AmeriStop Express branded gasoline station and convenience stores here.

The program kicked off in December 2005, and is based on the revolutionary Graphicard™ technology and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system from Visible Results USA.

"The Promotion Card program allows tailored marketing efforts to specific segments of our customers and allows us to bring a unique technology that no other business in our area has to offer," said Tony Parnigoni, Chief Operating Officer, of West Chester, OH.-based AmeriStop Food Mart.

Using patented Visible Results technology, members' cards are inserted into a smart point-of-sale terminal during each sales transaction. A patented thermo-chromic process enables the card front to display points garnered through the most recent purchase, along with personalized messaging designed to pique consumers' interest. The messages -- customized for each client -- can include highly targeted offers, details of special promotions, advertising, instant-win games, and more. A magnetic strip on the card back stores specific data about transactions as they occur.

Data is re-written to the card every time it's presented, creating a self-contained database that eliminates costly system-integration and communications requirements. "Promotion Card" members earn Cents-Off per Gallon for every promotional item purchased and are redeemable on future gas purchases.

The "Promotion Card" program also includes sweepstakes offers in which members can win prizes. Parnigoni believes the program's structure will spur heavy enrollment and go far toward cultivating repeat business while bolstering sales.
