Just Group Limited (ASX - JST) has launched its new customer loyalty program, JUST-SHOP, across all 240 of its Just Jeans stores Australia wide.

The JUST-SHOP program, carrying the tag line "Shop like you mean it", utilises the Visible Results Graphicard™ loyalty platform to create one of the most rewarding consumer loyalty programs in Australia. Customers join the program in-store and receive their JUST-SHOP card on the spot. Points earned on every transaction at any store in the Just Jeans network are instantly displayed on the face of the member's card, along with their new points balance and the points required to reach the next reward level.

"Customer enthusiasm for the JUST-SHOP programme is extremely positive with early enrolment numbers exceeding all expectations," says Helen Allegos, Marketing Manager - Just Jeans. "Aside from getting a $10 voucher for every two hundred dollars spent, members also have the chance to win instant prizes and receive relevant offers in-store every time they shop. There's real value attached to being a JUST-SHOP cardholder. From a company perspective, we're already seeing an encouraging increase in average spend and frequency for members, and gaining very meaningful consumer insights."

The real prize for Just Jeans is the ability the program provides to collect an extensive array of customer data. For the first time, Just Jeans marketers are able to effectively mine transaction data, profile their customers to determine the products that resonate with particular profiles, and identify their most profitable customers. Each product, its size, colour, and a range of other parameters can be automatically matched to the JUST-SHOP cardholder to facilitate the communication of relevant offers to each segment of the JUST-SHOP customer base.

"Members receive points with every transaction which enable them to achieve bronze, silver, gold or platinum membership, each with associated special offers and privileges", says Mark Pullen, General Manager of Visible Results Australia. "The changing card face - which is able to deliver general or personally tailored messages with each transaction - as well as the other unique features of the Visible Results technology will clearly differentiate JUST-SHOP from competitor programs, guarantee a high level of consumer engagement, and drive truly measurable outcomes."

The JUST-SHOP program is structured to give members one point for every dollar they spend while shopping with their JUST-SHOP card. Every time they use their card, they're automatically entered into the monthly major prize draw with a chance to win high-value prizes (currently a new Renault Clio Campus is on offer). And because the JUST-SHOP Graphicard is ultra-thin, it's convenient for members to keep it in their wallet and always have handy. JUST-SHOP was rolled-out nationally following a successful nine month pilot during which time all aspects of the program's operations, customer acceptance and financial performance were thoroughly tested.
