Brazin added 224 new stores including 60 Virgin stores in Myer [department stores] in 60 days; one of the most aggressive expansions in Australian retail in any one year. In his CEO & Managing Director's Report, Mr Greg Milne celebrated the rollout and early success of the organisation's Pulse Reward retail loyalty program, positioning it as cornerstone to Brazin's diversification strategy. "We have also launched, after a successful pilot test last year, what we believe to be Australian retail's most innovative and dynamic customer loyalty program, Pulse. This unique program designed to link consumers across all of the Brazin brands has met with resounding consumer acceptance. With 500,000 customers joining the program since its full launch in February this year, we are on track to securing over 1 million customers enrolled in the Pulse program in the first year. Pulse offers many unique benefits to customers and we anticipate it will increase Average Transaction Value per customer."
