AUSTRALIA RELEASE: VISIBLE RESULTS WINS GOLD AT 2004 ADMA AWARDS IN SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

Dymocks Booklover Program - Judged Best CRM Loyalty Program Dymocks & Visible Results won ADMA Gold for their innovative Dymocks 'Booklover' loyalty program at the Australian Direct Marketing Awards held in Sydney last Thursday.

The award was the first ever Gold issued in the CRM/Loyalty category.

The ADMA (Australian Direct Marketing Association) awards, held annually, are Australia's premier recognition of achievement within the bourgeoning direct marketing field. This year's event, held at Luna Park on Sydney Harbour, was attended by over 800 representatives of the advertising and marketing community.

The Booklover Program, launched in July 2001, forms an integral part of Dymocks' marketing strategy and has been a key factor in Dymocks' strong market share gains in the face of international brand incursions and aggressive local competition.

Julie Hutton, Loyalty Manager at Dymocks, who nominated the program for the award said "Booklover is a fantastic consumer program for our business, allowing Dymocks to identify, profile and communicate with its best customers, relevantly.
