USA RELEASE: CTUIR SIGNS WITH VISIBLE RESULTS - 13 November 2003

Pendleton, Oregon (11/4/03)- CTUIR selects Visible Results USA, Inc. and their patented GraphiCardTM technology to provide loyalty programs in the Arrowhead Travel Plaza and Mission Market stores. Introduced to the Visible Results system at the NACS tradeshow last month, Don Nelson, General Manger of Arrowhead Travel Plaza, knew that the system would be a perfect fit. "We were looking for a way to keep the local residents from leaving the reservation to shop and make purchases in the neighboring town." says Nelson "We would like to give residents incentive to do business in our stores," he adds.

Members will have two options to enroll. CTUIR is offering "Professional Driver Rewards" for over-the-road truck drivers. This rewards program will be available exclusively at the Arrowhead Travel Plaza. Available at both Arrowhead Travel Plaza and Mission Market will be the "Rewards on the Rez" program. Both programs provide members with reward levels. Points are earned at a rate of 12 points for each dollar spent in the stores. "Professional Driver Rewards" members receive one bonus point for each gallon of diesel fuel purchased. Points earned are redeemed for in-store credit. Members will choose to redeem value at each reward level or continue to accrue points until a desired reward level is reached.

Enrollment in the program is easy. Customers fill out an enrollment form and receive their card immediately. Each time a purchase is made, members will present their card to the cashier to have it inserted into the smart point-of-sale terminal. Each time the card is inserted into the terminal the card face changes and displays a new message, with updated points and offers. "I like that my customers get immediate information and can see updated points after every visit." says Nelson CTUIR is utilizing Visible Results' GraphiCardTM for their loyalty programs.

A unique thermal technology allows writing and graphics to be displayed on the front of the card while the magnetic strip embedded into the back of the card stores cardholder information and transaction data. This information is also stored in the stand-alone card reader-writer that dials in nightly to a secure database. Information that is gathered can be used to promote in-store sales, new product releases, or offer instant prizes. Mr. Nelson intends for this program to add a new spin to all locations, responding, "Visible Results technology is fun!"
