BREAKING NEWS - Visible Results to Launch Two New Convenience Store Loyalty Programs in September, 2002

Visible Results USA, Inc today announced that Corner Pantry, a thirty site chain based in Colombia, S.C. and North Star bp, a three site chain based in Calumet, M.I. will launch loyalty programs within days of each other this September.

Both organizations indicate that the support from vendors for their programs has been phenomenal. "Over seventy-five potential vendors and partners attended our program preview with 90% of these making a commitment to Corner Pantry Rewards," enthused David Tucker, President / Owner of Corner Pantry. Jon Marson, President of North Star bp, had a similar response from vendors and local partners. "We have been able to put together a catalogue of over thirty-five rewards in a very short space of time. The level of interest from our vendors and local community has been wonderful, we are very pleased," explained Mr. Marson.

The selection of Visible Results as a vendor was the end result of a lot of research. Mr. Tucker said that he had been investigating the introduction of a loyalty program for over six months. "Our main goal is differentiation," he explained. "We will be the first oil marketer in our area to implement a major loyalty initiative that is not discount-based - something that's difficult for our competition to match". Mr. Marson has similar goals, but is also very community focused in his decision. "The flexibility to customize the program to our customers by working with local vendors and partners was very important to us," Mr Marson explained.

Both Mr. Tucker and Mr. Marson indicated that they had chosen Visible Results' GraphiCardT platform for a number of reasons, among them the unique appeal of the card medium and the flexibility to tailor the program to individual markets and stores.
