Visible Results to launch into US entertainment industry

Visible Results USA has announced its intention to target key players in the entertainment industry with its thermochromic Graphicard™ loyalty card technology and CRM system. Following the recent launch of the Virgin Megastores V.I.P. loyalty programme in the US, and several other launches internationally in the music, book, video and theatre industries, the company now aims to expand its US client base within the entertainment sector. The company says it is in discussions with a number of players who have agreed in principle to launch programmes during 2007 using the Graphicard™ platform. Customers swipe their Graphicard™ through a free-standing POS unit, which updates the card's face with real-time loyalty point totals and other personalised information. The Graphicard™ is supported by a customer relationship management (CRM) infrastructure that collects an array of customer data, allowing marketers to mine transaction data, profile customers to determine which products resonate best with particular profiles, and identify most profitable customers.
