Press Release: For Immediate Release NEW LOYALTY CARD HEATS UP UK MARKET - June 2004 - Incentive TodayA new loyalty card solution has been launched in the UK which uses heat-activated technology to display how many points have been earned. Visible Results is marketing its "thermochromic" card at retailers to allow them to reward customers without the high set-up and management costs of other products. The company already runs operations in 20 countries, including Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, the USA and the group's head office in New Zealand. Its client base ranges from petroleum giants to fast food, supermarkets, pharmaceuticals, banks and entertainment centres, such as McDonald's, The Body Shop, Blockbuster and Caltex Oil. It offers full-service loyalty solutions from consultancy and design to operational management, technology platforms and custom software development. Its patented GraphiCard allows intelligent point-of-sale communications with programme members, storing customer information as well as providing the "instant gratification" of seeing the points total displayed on the card. It also allows retailers to monitor, evaluate and influence consumers' purchasing decisions. Johnny Morris, managing director of Visible Results UK, said: "Although the loyalty market is mature here, the high cost of entry has put loyalty programmes out of reach for many businesses. "We know that our product is priced in such a way that it is easy to demonstrate a quick return on investment, and with very sophisticated modular reporting and analysis options will become a rich source of customer data for our clients.
